His Birthday Celebration Part 2

I know i gotta do something more special as 21st Birthday is kinda meaningful to me 

I was surfing the net to look for nice sports wear for my Liverpool-freak boyfriend 

And this caught my eyes :-

His idol.

Liverpool-Theme Cake

Wow

Tough job 

cause I dont cook, I dont bake

But, still

 I accepted the challenge.

No one challenge me tot XD

Simple designed by me

Let's do it!

I don't really like cheese anyway =/ But he likey~

First, prepared the mixture of bottom-layer sponge cake

Time consuming: 45 mins

Bake it under 180 degree Celsius.

It smells good! 

=D

Time consuming: 1.30 hrs

This much of cake only I needed. 

The rest, some got throw away, some of it mum kept inside tupperware.

Bottom-layer settled.

Time for cheese-making

It is kinda easy to make the cheesie top =)

Time consuming: 30mins

Done~

I love the colour 

Yellowish brown

The mixture of the cheese was too liquefied 

The cake layer float up instead as i poured the mixture >.<

This is technique! 

It is kinda like half-bake-half-steam.

Bake under 150-180 degree Celsius.

and gotta open the oven for every 15mins to trap air

Waiting waiting waiting..

Time consuming: more than 2 hours

Finally~!!!

TaDa!!!

You see the cake layer? It should settle down at the bottom WTH

The cake smells really really good and it is tasty!!

First trial SUCCEED!!!

His Birthday Celebration Part 1

Boyfriend celebrated his 21st birthday with his besties last night.

We chose Caff Italian Fusion Restaurant at Puchong recommend by blogger as our celebration venue

who knows......

Ya, the shop already Zap Lap XDD 

So, we went to Sunway Pyramid since it is only 10mins away from Puchong

Ole-Ole Bali doesn't boyfriend, Friday's no-no cause we all tried before

At last, Pasta Zanmai we chose began our dinner at 10pm XD

 Not as tasty as i tot anyway, but overall not bad la

Then, we went to The Beer Factory at Setia Walk!

I have never been to any pub or club in my life!

Long Day Long Night

This was the first time I went out during midnight since I entered UM. 

More to come I guess?? hehehehe

Day before Setiu trip, we have our indian dance practice from 2pm till 9pm 

long day practise, imagine u shake ur body from 2pm till 9pm

be positive ymoon, you are slimmer!! woohoo! XD

 senior reward us by taking us to Mcd SS2 for dinner

Chye Mei, Sin Lee at the back, Hui Ni, Me and hands =.=

Then we met up with any gang to watch movie at Tropicana City, SS2. 

Few of us included me watched Wranth of The Titans

Others watched Hunger Game

I am so glad that i didnt watch Hunger Game

u got me right? keke ;)

We did stupid silly things while waiting the others

and the security guard accompanied us for quite a long period 

XDD 

Next round, supper at Murni, SS2!

Murni is kinda famous in Petaling area i guess, 

give it a try if u pass by =) 

SS2 oso famous with Curry Wan Tan Mee

i am not really sure the shop is in SS2 or not,

but it is famous!

Everybody is talking about it

How famous is it?

Very famous forgive my sucks english =p

 It available from 4am and sell out really really fast!!

We wanted to breakfast there, but too bad =(

finish supper at 4+am =(

no time liao =(

Sprouts 8 kia need to rush back to pack =(

Me and Chye Mei as P&P members need to duty =(

I felt kinda awkward as i didnt buy him any birthday presents two years continuously. 

Even though my mum already nagged me to buy it.

Salon day with mummy today, i chopped off 1 inch of my hair for no reason Lol
